CROAD VINEYARDS IS COMMITTED TO THE PRODUCTION OF HIGH-QUALITY AND HANDCRAFTED WINES. YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL.
In our constant effort to guarantee the highest quality wine we can offer you, we use Diam Cork. Diam cork is made from 100% real cork ground up and treated on a molecular level to remove any potential traces of the bacteria called TCA (Trichloroanisole) and other microbial contaminants which can cause a wine to have an off odor and flavor. Diam corks are sourced from French cork and are bound together with an FDA approved food grade binding agent.
For your convenience we utilize the best quality shipping companies available. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received and contact us at the phone number listed below should a bottle be broken so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping company. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss. Returns cannot be processed with our shippers after 10 days of the delivery receipt. Temperature extremes can pose a threat to the overall quality of the wine. To this end, we do our best to monitor the weather and will delay shipping in known extremes of temperature whenever possible. However, we cannot assume liability for wines that are overheated or frozen if weather changes occur during transit.
Our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving Croad Vineyards. Any return claim due to a defect in the product will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and a replacement bottle may be offered if one is available or, if not, another may be substituted. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed by our error. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for evaluation and possible replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept a return of wine that is ordered in error.
